Prior to the beginning of a new month of classes, clients receive an email containing all of the Zoom links for that month. Sign up for the mailing list or simply send Natasha an email directly for more information!

Ready to register for classes? Simply send an email with your requested classes along with an e-transfer. Payment by cash or cheque is available on request.


Medical Questionnaire and Liability Waiver MUST be completed and submitted before taking your first class.
