I can’t commit to an entire month. Can I drop-in to classes?

Of course! Drop-in classes are welcomed anytime. Medical form and Liability Waivers must be completed before gaining access to classes.

What if I miss one of my registered classes?

No worries! Classes can be made up within the same month.

I’ve never used Zoom and I am nervous. Is there help available?

Yes! Natasha will gladly help you set up Zoom and offer complimentary assistance until you are comfortable.

I’ve never done Pilates or Barre before. What should I expect?

Natasha choreographs all of her classes guided by the philosophy that all bodies and abilities are unique. Her teaching style is to layer exercises and movements so that everyone has the opportunity to find the best level for themselves. There is always an option of making an exercise easier or more challenging depending on your needs.
