Classes

Natasha offers classes on a month-by-month basis. All classes are currently live-streamed in Atlantic Time on Zoom. Natasha believes it is important to energetically flow through her classes together in real time. She does not offer pre-recorded classes.

Pilates Flow

In this mat class we will work all of the essential muscles you need to move with freedom and ease. We will focus on functional movement patterns to help you gain strength and flexibility using Pilates based exercises. Whether you have a desk job, are an athlete, or are somewhere in between, you will gain real knowledge on how to help your body move well throughout your life. Lesson plans are changed daily to keep your muscles (and your brain) guessing! Come explore all of the cool things your body can do. All you need is a mat!

Barre

Choreographed and created by Natasha Colter, this class will get you moving!  Designed with the ultimate goal of helping you get stronger, and move better regardless of age, you will finish this class with a smile on your face. Part standing Pilates, ballet grooving, weight training, bone densifying, functional movement optimizing, and full on dance party extraordinaire, this class leaves no muscle behind. This class is seriously fun!  Music and choreography are changed every 8 weeks to keep your ears and muscles guessing. You will need your bare feet, a sturdy chair (or wall or counter), and a pair of hand weights (1-5 lbs). You could also use household items such as cans or water bottles. An added bonus is the new neurological patterning and grip strengthening that you’ll attain!
