About

Natasha fell in love with Pilates over 20 years ago and began her teaching career in 2005. Over the years her teaching style has broadened and evolved. She came to understand that exercise should not only be fun and functional but should also take into account a variety of modalities, and the most up-to-date scientific research.

Natasha is always thinking about Pilates, movement, and choreography in an effort to help her clients deepen their connection to their own bodies and how they move. Her humble goal is to share her passion while maintaining a progressive approach that hopefully makes her classes not only challenging but fun and welcoming. She wants all of her clients to feel as though she is teaching directly to them, as an individual.

Natasha holds numerous certifications in Pilates, yoga, bio-mechanics, and barre. She is currently obsessed with joyful movements, big picture health, spine mechanics, fascia, and training clients to live a life with ease and without pain. She has an unwavering  passion for teaching people how to move well and plans to never stop learning about how amazing our bodies are.
